At the CCC, joong is no longer just a food item, it's a mega fund raiser slash social gathering slash culinary school. This year we produced and sold more than 4,000 joong, and even that wasn't enough to satisfy demand. Joong patrons where loading trays of joong into their cars faster than we could produce them.
