Check out our new church lounge and meeting room that used to be the Pastor's Office. Earlier this week I completed my move into the smaller classroom that is designated as Conference Room 5 (located just south of the church kitchen). Since I have limited office hours (3 days a week, 3 hours each time), it made good sense to free up the larger pastor's office to serve as our new church lounge and meeting room.

Beginning this Sunday, the adult Sunday School class lead by Stan will meet in this room (as well as the Monday Night Bible Study group). While food and drink are allowed in this new church lounge and meeting room, we ask that you please clean up afterwards. Its our goal to keep this room looking as presentable as possible.

My new office is in process of becoming more efficient and cleaned up. I have a lot of ministry resources stored in this smaller room in addition to my desk and an assortment of church items. However, the Consistory has approved my plan to build a custom built storage unit in this new office that will run the entire length of one wall. This will maximize usable storage space for current and future items. If anyone is interested in helping me with this project please email me at AsianPK@aol.com. This new storage unit will be built mainly with simple 2x4's and plywood for shelves. When it is finished a large curtain will be installed to cover the entire unit so it does not look so messy.

God has blessed our church with wonderful facilities. I thank God for all of you who have provided and continue to provide the financial gifts that make this possible. May we seek to be faithful stewards of these resources as we keep our ultimate focus on serving our God and the needs of people.
