Wow!!!!  What a wonderful time of worship!!  The music was amazing with more than twice the usual number of songs!  Two special medleys -- one by our worship team and one by the Sunday school.  Both evoked vivid memories of Christmases past...reminders of God's love repeatedly poured down on us in the form of his one and only son, Jesus!  If you haven't yet, take the time to listen to all the great hymns and songs of praise were sung this Sunday before Christmas.

The first Christmas medley of 5 Christmas classics (Joy To The World; Hark The Herald Angels Sing; What Child Is This; O Come, O Come Emmanuel; O Come All Ye Faithful) was made even more special by the addition of a second keyboard and a horn section, full vocal section combined with our newly insulated sound proof roof, made these hymns and carols all the more special.  It is times like these that remind me just how deep the musical talents our church has been blessed with!

The second medley by the Sunday school (Away In The Manger, Little Drummer Boy, and Go Tell It On The Mountain), with several solos by our talented youth and backed up by a strong rhythm section and accented by a ukelele was a treat that drew loud applause.  Our youth took their talents and offered them up to the baby Jesus, and then telling it on the mountain, "Jesus Christ is born!"  Praise God! 

This is a special time of year where we are all reminded of God's amazing love for us!  God loves us so much that he gave us his Only Son to die for our sins so we might have new life in Him.  Thanks be to God!
