SUNDAY SCHOOL (Pilot Program starting September 13)
1. Sunday School Time: 9:30-10:30 AM, year-round
2. Three (3) grade-level classes: PreK-2nd, 3rd-6th, and 7th-12th
3. No Children’s Church on Sunday mornings. To be replaced with Nursery Time for children age six and under (potty trained), which allows parents to attend service while their children are cared for. Volunteers are welcome to help! Contact Karri for questions or email Alan at ccc95822@yahoo.com.

Dear Families,
Fall is almost here. We, the Chinese Community Church (CCC), hope you have successfully navigated the transition from the demands of the new school year.
We are writing to inform you of our pilot program on the modifications to the CCC’S Children’s Education Programs.
September 6, 2026
The 10:30 am Children’s Church class is canceled for this Sunday, September 6. We hope you have a fantastic time celebrating Labor Day and reminiscing about all the fun you had this summer!
Families and friends are invited to attend the worship service at the same hour (10:30 am) in the CCC sanctuary.
September 13, 2026
Sunday School
Classes resume on this date, from 9:30 to 10:30 am, and is now year round with no summer breaks.
To enroll, please complete a registration form for each of your child. Here are your registration options:

Classes are now divided into three levels:
- Pre-k through 2nd grades, held in Classroom #2
- 3rd through 6th grades, held in Classroom #4
- 7th through 12th grades, held in the CCC’s Conference Room
Children’s Church
In previous years, Children’s Church was offered to children in pre-K through 6th grades every Sunday from 10:30 to 11:45 am.
Effective September 13, 2026, this class will be replaced with a nursery for children aged 6 and under who are potty trained. The nursery will provide parents with the opportunity to attend worship service while their child is under the care of a teacher.
How it works: Children will accompany their parents to the sanctuary at 10:30 am until they are dismissed. A teacher or an adult will escort them to classroom 4 in the education building, where they will also be picked up.
Children above the age of 6 are welcome to remain in service with their parents.
Basketball Attendance Credits
Children attending church to fulfill the Basketball League attendance requirements are recorded by their teacher and their parents.
Attendance credits can be earned by attending Sunday School and/or worship service. The CCC will submit the children’s attendance to the League.
How it works:
For Sunday School, attendance is taken by the children’s teacher. We encourage children to arrive timely to ensure they are accounted for.
For worship service, children’s parents are to complete the “Sign-In Sheet” at the entrance of the sanctuary, with the exception of teens who can sign themselves in.
The completion of the Sheet is necessary to report the accuracy of each child’s attendance to the League.
