We are looking for our next pastor!
CCC has been blessed with a congregation that is diverse in age, ethnicity, spiritual maturity, education, and financial position. We are seeking a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled pastor who has a deep passion for preaching, who proclaims the gospel effectively, and who brings out the power of Scripture clearly and plainly. This pastor should be able to exhort the gospel message effectively to recognize our human brokenness and sin, to exalt the Savior, Jesus Christ, and to promote holiness, which are needed now more than ever.
We desire someone who not only has extensive experience in preaching and teaching, but also has excellent leadership and organizational oversight skills. Above all, we would like a pastor who can very effectively minister to our elderly members but can also easily relate to young families. Someone who will diligently shepherd the congregation and successfully reach out to those who do not yet know Christ.
